We accept payment using Payfast, Zapper, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or direct Bank Deposit. Once payment has been made, you will receive email confirmation of your order via email and your purchase request will be processed the following business day.

There is a minimum postage and packaging payment for artwork of R150.00 for artworks. Any artworks measuring larger than 297mm x 420mm or heavier than 2kg, will be billed according to weight and dimensions. This cost will be communicated and also added to the invoice before shipment.
You are more than welcome to use your own courier and the shipment cost will be not be charged against your invoice.
All deliveries will commence when South Africa enters Stage 3 of the Lockdown restrictions.
All deliveries should arrive at your door within 9 working days. You will receive a tracking number with each order placed which will be referenced to your invoice number.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions or concerns regarding returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your email must reach us within 3 days of arrival or artwork, unused and still in its original packaging with the certificate of authenticity intact.
To complete your return, we require proof of payment. As we take utmost care to ensure all artworks are not damaged upon shipment, some refunds will only be partially reimbursed. Courier charge for returns will be for your account (not refundable). Once we have received the artwork/item, an email confirmation of artwork delivery will be issued and then inspected. Feedback will then be communicated once the inspection is concluded.
Refunds will be paid into your bank account within 4 working days.
Exchanges will only be granted upon defective or damaged goods like prints.
